Before returning to settle in the Ubaye valley, Hubert made a career as a chef in luxury hospitality, from Monaco to Australia via Switzerland, Scotland and Spain. At the Cure Inn we don't mess about when it comes to the cuisine!

Food served every evening in season – meals served at 19:00. Reservation required!  Menu hiker's fixed-price.

We are not open at lunchtimes. 

Breakfast is served between 06:30 and 08:00.
