General terms

Cancellation terms
  • Up to 21 days before the start date of your stay, we will refund your deposit in full, we will withhold cancellation fees of €2/person/night..
  • Between 20 and 7 days before the start date of your stay, your deposit will not be refunded but will be valid for the remainder of the current season.
  • Between 6 and 0 days before the start date of your stay, we will retain the full amount of your deposit.

We invite you to take out cancellation insurance with your insurer or to check that your bank card includes one.
Any shortened stay or stay with reduced numbers is payable in full.

COVID cancellation
  • Please note, we will not refund deposits for cancellations due to COVID. We invite you to take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
